During the COVID crisis IAPT is more important than ever.

What? IAPT stands for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies. It’s a way of helping people deal with really common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression, phobias, trauma and obsessive compulsive disorder.

In our latest podcast Dr Sarah Watts talks about how IAPT services are adapting to the Pandemic.
