Stoke-on-Trent CCG will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 28 June 2016, 10am until 12 noon in the Kings Hall, Stoke-on-Trent.

The public are invited to come along to hear about the CCG's highlights, achievements and challenges over the last year. You can also find out about the work we have been doing in relation to dementia and Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), and hear from the  Patient Congress.

Registration and light refreshments available from 9.30am, when you will have the opportunity to browse our stalls and engage with some of the services available within Stoke-on-Trent.
